Located on a pier deep into the center of Lake Geneva, at Les Bains des Paquis you can sunbathe and swim during the summer, and defrost within the hammams (followed by icy lake plunges) during the winter.
The year-round restaurant has two simple but delicious menus.  Expect fresh juice, bircher muesli, and fresh bread and nutella, followed by a menu of lamb kebabs and fresh tabbouleh.
